The MLS (Multi Listing Service) is the list that Real Estate Agents use to enter a property information. This is the site, that at some point during a day, these other services pull information through a feed called and IDX feed. If you want to see homes first or truly see what is on the market today, skip the hassle of trying to search Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com, Redfin and many more.
